REFUND POLICY
Greenovators B.V. – Shilajit Brothers
1. Right of Withdrawal
Consumers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days after receipt, provided the conditions below are met.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which the consumer receives the product.

2. Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to food supplements where:
• the seal has been broken;
• the product has been opened, used or damaged;
• the product is not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons.
This exclusion is based on Article 16(e) of Directive 2011/83/EU.

3. Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return and refund, the product must:
• be unopened and unused;
• be in its original, undamaged packaging;
• be reported within 14 days of receipt.
Returns that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.

4. Return Procedure

2. After approval, you will receive return instructions.
3. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
4. Returns are shipped at the customer’s own risk.

5. Refunds
1. Once the return has been received and inspected, the purchase amount will be refunded within 14 days.
2. Refunds are processed using the original payment method.
3. Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If a product arrives damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery at info@shilajitbrothers.nl, including clear photos.
We will assess the issue and provide an appropriate solution.

• opened or used supplements;
• products not purchased through our webshop;
• returns without prior registration.
